Mission Sentinel offers voluntary monthly and annual supporter subscriptions. All support contributions are processed in advance and help fund independent journalism operations.

Annual Plan Refund Policy:

For annual support plans, we offer a 30-day refund period. If, for any reason, you wish to discontinue your support within the first 30 days of your annual contribution, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@missionsentinel.com. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Monthly Plan Cancellation Policy:

Monthly subscription plans are not eligible for refunds. However, if you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the monthly billing period.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

Payment Processing:

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
